Nutritional Coaching

Nutritional Counseling. Looking to lose a bit of weight, dial in your diet to meet your energy needs, or just want to make sure you are optimizing your performance and health through diet? Than this is the option for you.

Power Training Assessment

Do you need to learn how to turn that high-tech gadget into a useful tool or just want to have an accurate assessment of your power files and current training? If yes, than this option is for you. Quarterly training plan included.

Coaching Consultation and Fitness Assessment

Coaching consultation and fitness assessment. This option is for athletes not needing as much communication but would like an accurate fitness assessment and a customized quarterly training plan.

Threshold Assessment

Done on a Lab Computrainer Pro, this is a non-invasive, accurate and repeatable performance test that can accurately set heart rate and power zones while evaluating how efficiently you can pedal. This is highly recommended for self-coached athletes.
